Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Qadri is the Founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of American Safety Power Tool Limited.
Mr. Ashraf started his business journey with humble steps and joined his father’s business “Abdul Hakeem & Sons” at early age and over the years gained experience and success in his father’s business. In 1997, he moved to Dubai and joined “Noorani Hardware Trading” and in 2008 laid the foundation of Qadri & Qureshi Group.
In 2012, he laid the foundation of American Safety Power Tool as a Private Limited Company and never looked back. Over the years he has established other business units under Qadri & Qureshi Group such as Aqsa Industries Private Limited, Aqsa Trading Company, Qadri & Qureshi Industries Private Limited, Qadri & Qureshi General Trading Private Limited, Qadri & Qureshi General Trading LLC, Al Baqeh Building Material LLC, Qadri & Qureshi Builders Private Limited to name a few. He has taken his business to USA & UK under the name of Qadri & Qureshi General Trading and in China as Hubei Xianning Al-Baqeh Personal Protective Equipment Company
Apart from being a proven leader in business, Mr. Ashraf is a renowned religious preacher and motivational speaker. He runs his own YouTube channel and gives motivational and religious preaching to the young generation
Mr. Ashraf is actively involved in welfare and philanthropic activities under the umbrella of his welfare organization known as Qadri & Qureshi Foundation, which runs 3 hospitals, provides medical and food donations to needy person throughout the year.
Mr. Ashraf also completed the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He was also on the board of Pak-UAE Business Council and has honorary membership of Pak-USA, Pak-Saudi business councils.
Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed Khanani is serving as a Director of American Safety Power Tool Limited since August 2021.
Mr. Khanani is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Khanani has more than two decades of diversified experience of working in Senior Management positions in various companies including JS Group, Dubai International Financial Centre and Arqaam Capital Limited as well as Auditing experience with Big Four Audit Firms. He is currently working as a Partner at Accuperts Management Consulting based in Dubai since December 2014.
Mr. Khanani also completed the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants in December 2021.
Mrs. Reshma is the Founding Director and one of the Sponsors of American Safety Power Tool Limited.
Mrs. Reshma has vast knowledge and entrepreneurial experience and takes lead in formulating business strategies for the Company. She is also serving as Chief Executive Officer of Aqsa Industries Private Limited.
Mrs. Reshma actively participates in various philanthropic activities under the umbrella of Qadri & Qureshi Foundation.
Mrs. Reshma also completed the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan in December 2021.
